As quality engineer it will be your overall mission is to secure a high quality performance for a multitude of activities performed by the Organization. The goal of the r quality engineer is to help PS PG meet and exceed external customer expectations in a growing fleet and service orders
§Wide network of internal customers
§Familiarity with CRM or customer advocacy tools a plus (Salesforce, CEP, etc) a plus
§Ability to analyze data and derive conclusions / improvements that can impact the organization and external customers
§Ability to resolve complex customer issues and drive tangible improvements across the global customer base for PS PG
§Lean, Six Sigma, Audit, Risk Management or RCA experience a plus
§Adherence to process discipline, and ability to initiate new process as required by the organization.
§Must be able to drive harmonized processes… must have the fortitude and strength of convincing stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
§Bachelor of science degree in Engineering or related discipline
§PM@Siemens or PMI certification experience a plus
§Masters degree a plus
§Ability to travel up to 20%
§Previous knowledge or experience in quality related functions or organizations
§External customer interface experience in Engineering / Repair / Manufacturing / Project Management / Marketing / Sales role
§Previous knowledge or experience in service projects or outages
§Product knowledge of GT, ST, GN a plus
§Ability to thrive in a global organization and leverage common process across regions or disciplines (Service engineering, FS, PM, etc)
§Customer focused attitude
§Knowledge of the organization, processes and interfaces
§Executive presentation experience for internal and external customers
§Ability to communicate effectively and influence all levels of the organization
§Spanish or German language skills a plus
