Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Process Specialist for the DELIVER process within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain / Logistics organization.

  • Main objective of the position is to have a global key process expert focusing on developing a “best in class” deliver process (SCOR framework)

· The primary accountability of the role that will drive the future employee's performance objectives is the quality of the spare parts deliveries based on the reliability of our promise as well as a competitive lead time

· This position is a global position and reports to the global head of Order Management


  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction

  • Create project plans and facilitate project teams to complete process improvement projects

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve processes throughout the organization

  • Identify root causes and develop creative solutions to problems associated with processes throughout the area of - responsibility, and present these solutions to management

  • Develop educational materials on process improvement tools and methodologies to be used for team training

  • Train all levels of the organization in the effective application of process improvement tools and methodologies

  • Support team with SAP, Mater Data and process challenges

  • Support project implementation (e.g. Testing)

  • Ensure all key processes are documented properly in process house and document house

  • Ensure global processes are rolled out and followed

  • Support / drive process audit

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff, consultants, vendors

  • You have experience in processes and tools have a solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP

  • Global mindset and broad cultural understanding

  • Flexibility to work within different time zones, especially US vs. Europe

  • Ability to travel globally between 30 to 50 days per year

  • As a person you are structured and have a strategic and analytical mind-set, able to report on KPIs to senior management

  • You are strong on deliverables and implementation being an excellent communicator who can work with people of all nationalities and across organizational levels

  • You are fluent in English - written and spoken

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

You have a Master's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or the like and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience from a larger international company, facilitating business process improvement, process re-engineering, process design and Lean or Six Sigma projects
