Position Overview

The Refurbished Systems (RS) Business Manager Position should be located in the MidWest Zone and close to an airport.

The RS Zone Business Manager position is responsible for growing the RS (Refurbished Systems ecoline) order volume and market share in the Midwest (MW) Zone. The position reports to the VP of Business Management, Refurbished Systems.

Responsibilities

The MW Zone Business Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement a Zone Business Plan based on the current Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging (H DI) strategic areas in focused markets as they pertain to the Refurbished Systems business in the MW Zone.

• Jointly implement the RS strategy with ZGM and RVPs in the MW Zone to grow the RS order volume and market share.

• Provide specific and fast deal support to Account Executives and Product Sales Executives.

• Educate the MW Zone sales force on the RS product portfolio and target MW Zone customers with RS products as identified.

• Develop promos based on the specific needs of the MW Zone.

• Develop RS reference sites in the MW Zone as needed.

• Ensure and increase customer satisfaction with RS products.

• Provide feedback in regard to market and customer dynamics to the RS BU in Malvern.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Professional with bachelors degree or higher and with 10+ years experience in the Healthcare Imaging market. Candidate should have experience in sales or marketing or both. S/He should also have sh@re and Excel experience. A team player with excellent communication skills is required.

Travel Requirements: 80%.
