POC CRM Operations
In this role you will support and enable the POC commercial organization to become a world-class sales organization in terms of sales effectiveness and efficiency. These are the levers for you establishing best in class sales execution.
CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM Reporting, Market Intelligence
Interface with Global Sales Operations (SHARE next gen, Global CRM projects, Partner Management)
SHARE, Partner Management governance owner for POC Business Area
Facilitate unit forecasting (S&OP) and order fulfillment for major orders with SCM on behalf of regions
Pricing governance, strategy and tactics
Enable best practices sharing of CRM Excellence activities and practices across regions.
Lead or participate in relevant 4DX team

Skills and Experience
BS/BA in related discipline
Channel Management Process – BA ownership for the PMOF
Instrument/ Reagent Forecasting Process – BA ownership for S&OP (liaison to between Sales and SCM)
