The Energy Management LP PMO organization is recruiting for an energetic Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The preferred candidate will serve as primary contact for external and internal stakeholders and will effectively manage all aspects of complex projects including but not limited to the project scope, schedule, and financials per approved contract terms and customer deliverables. In addition they will effectively manage project scope, project schedule and manage project financials.
•Takes full ownership and accountability to facilitate process success.
•Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects or programs.
•Develops and maintains project/program plan and schedule that contain products from the Low Voltage & Products (LP) portfolio.
•Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems.
•Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge and processes.
•Coordinates deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to meet or exceed contract scope and customer expectations.
•Works closely with Siemens businesses within EM division to provide total customer solution of Siemens products and services per customer specifications.
•Responsible for all project or program financial reconciliations (CAIDs, credits, invoicing, etc.)
•Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.
•Partners with Commercial Project Manager (CPM) on order with milestone billing and PMO buyout.
•Track all project related documentation (schedule, change orders, punchlist, etc.)
•Demonstrates and applies at a proficient level; project management concepts, techniques and skills.
•Demonstrates and applies at a proficient level: application and concepts of Low Voltage Products.
•Demonstrate and applies system skills (COMPAS, SAP, Teamcenter, etc.).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•BS/BA, BS in engineering preferred, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMI certification is a plus.
•Experience commensurate with position profile and ranges from 5 to 10+ years including direct industry experience.
•Experience in leading teams and setting expectations to deliver required results.
•Successfully managed multiple projects with volume over $2MM.
•Customer facing project manager for projects/programs containing LP products (LVS, SWBD, PB, Transformer, Busway, etc.). Knowledge of Medium Voltage products a plus (AIS, SIEBREAK, MVC, etc.).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Some travel required to manufacturing facilities and to meet with Customers.
