What are we offering you?

As a Trainee Engineer, you will participate in our comprehensive internship program, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to projects that impact our industry. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career and explore the exciting world of engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Learning and Development:

• Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.

• Receive on-site/remote training to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.

• Collaborate with mentors to develop competencies relevant to your field.

• Project Support:

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Contribute to project documentation, research, and data analysis.

• Gain hands-on experience by working on real projects within your discipline.

• Attend team meetings and participate in discussions related to ongoing projects.

• Professional Conduct:

• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Duration:

The internship program typically lasts for a specified period (e.g., 3 to 6 months), during which you’ll gain valuable experience and contribute to our projects.

Who should apply?

• Fresh Engineering Graduate (Omani National) who majored in Electrical,Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Proficient in using standard office software and basic IT

What else do you need?

• Dynamic and energetic personality

• Ability to multitask.

• Have the appetite to learn and develop continuously by adopting a growth mindset

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

This is a full-time in-person internship program that requires commitment of your time during the months of June – August 2024 .
