Join our dynamic team as the Head of IT Service and Operations Management SAP and be part of an exciting phase of a global transformation. We are a leading organization undergoing a significant shift to a new global S/4 environment. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our IT initiatives, managing both internal teams and external vendors on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate larger international teams of over 100 internal employees , fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance

• Drive the transformation to a new global S/4 environment, balancing the challenges of implementation with the maintenance of existing systems

• Focus primarily on technical services within the SAP landscape, including Basis, Authorizations, Development, Integration, and Architecture

• Develop and implement a future-oriented agile service and operations model to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

• Create an environment conducive to excellence, enabling IT service/project teams to deliver maximum business value

• Build and nurture strong IT service/project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Monitor team performance and take proactive measures to address any deviations from schedule

• Conduct business reviews to reassess strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Oversee IT Service/Chapter Leads, providing guidance and support in line with the IT service and operations objectives

• Manage contracts and performance of IT partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints

• Lead budget planning activities and oversee financial aspects of transformation projects

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 12-15 years of leadership experience in Hi-Tech or Engineering companies, managing large teams in a global setup

• Proven track record in managing complex SAP implementation projects and providing service delivery for large SAP landscapes

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for resolving sophisticated issues

• Outstanding communication and collaborative leadership skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels

• Strong leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative and successful work environment

• Deep understanding of industry-standard processes, methodologies, and tools in digital transformation

• Passion for innovation and driving organizational change towards digital excellence

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with global teams and partners
