The program manager for employee and thought leadership outreach is responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of internal communications and the thought leadership platform for BA SV globally. Accountable for ensuring consistent messaging among all deliverables and channels to represent the mission of SV among internal and external target audiences.

Key Individual Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the Business Area Services internal communication plan, employee campaigns/programs, on-time and within budget. Author communication plans and tasks that align with HC latest strategy and Business Area corporate objectives. Plans include messaging and positioning to internal audiences.

• Based on messaging and internal target audience preferences, select optimal media/social channels for communications

• Increase SV awareness and maintain consistent messaging though all media and internal communication programs

• Through frequent communications, keep the SV team, sales teams and key audiences informed of employee communications

• Build credibility of SV as a global thought leader and innovator in this space, particularly at the C-Suite level

• Leverage newly developed Services and Healthcare positioning work in the creation and implementation of a global thought leadership platform

• Incorporate HoT strategy as appropriate

• Establish SV executives as key experts

Own Decision Rights

· Internal communication plans, implementation and analysis

· Internal communication evaluations/recommendations and management

· Selection of internal communication channels. KPI definition and analysis for all assets created

· Global thought leadership program and execution

· Executive communications and C-level event recommendation
