Innomotics Low Voltage Motors business (LVM) is a global player in the market and provide our customers with a comprehensive product portfolio that meets their needs. At Innomotics LVM Factory in Mohelnice (MOH) with more than 1.800 employees, we design and manufacture Low Voltage Motors. These efficient motors help our customers to reduce energy consumption and produce their products competitive and sustainable.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager for the MOH Plant to oversee the daily operations, lead 1800 employees and give strategic direction of our manufacturing facility. He/she will report directly to the Vice president and general manager for the Low voltage motor business in Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plant operations, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead plant operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

  • Take responsibility for all relevant factory KPIs including the MOH factory P&L.

  • Drive continuous productivity through optimization and digitalization of manufacturing processes.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of about 1800 employees.

  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize production in time and quality to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and manage the plant budget, implementing cost-saving measures.

  • Enforce a culture of safety and compliance with health regulations.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in plant management or a related leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, quality control and supply chain management.

  • Strong customer orientation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, also on international level.

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.

  • Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts quickly.
