Your future responsibilities

• Contributing with colleagues from IN HQ in developing plans and solutions in order to ensure customs compliance and process optimization (ICP).

• Contributes to the definition and implementation of customs regulations in their area of responsibility (ICP).

• Develops, implements, and enforces guidelines, solutions and plans in order to optimize processes in the area of responsibility.

• Contributes to the implementation of customs regulations and ensures accurate and consistent distribution of relevant information throughout the internal organization.

• Collaborates with the authorities regarding notification to authorities, customs approvals, customs simplifications and clarifies corresponding general legal issues.

• Monitors and maintain customs security programs - "Authorized Economic Operator" (AEO) in CZ.

• Monitors and ensures corrective actions derived from external and internal reviews and audits.

• Provide trainings and checks to guarantee adherence to customs regulations in the area of responsibility.

• Enables consulting for responsible organizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing.

You should have

• Secondary or higher education

• Advanced knowledge of English (C1), basic German knowledge (B1)

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM

• MIC Customs tool or similar knowledge is an advantage

• Previous experience in logistics or roles associated with customs

• Very good communication skills

• Reliability, thoroughness and independence

• Active approach to work
