Innomotics (a Siemens Business) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical Motor in medium, high & low voltage ranges, medium voltage variable frequency drives, Medium Voltage generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Your future role

• Own the governance function of manufacturing controlling within business unit LVM and be a business partner for LVM management, segments and hubs in all matters concerning factory performance and processes.

• Control, analyze and comment factory KPI (SCM, P&L, PUMA,...) for LVM BU, segment and HUB management as well as prepare and perform performance reviews with LVM segment/HUB and factory management.

• Support continuous performance improvement in factories and establish business partner relationship with our factories.

• Report and control on Investing activities and support in EVA calculations to secure plan achievement and profitability.

• Assetmanagement to secure plan achievement and support continuous improvement of processes and cash flow performance.

• Commercial support in insourcing and outsourcing as well as global localization projects to ensure profitability of measures.

• Work in an international environment.

Your profile

• Complete degree in business studies and experience in a controlling function.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience working with big data, standardization and automation of data processing.

• Excellent knowledge of English.

• Analytical and organizational skills.

• Reliability, thoroughness and flexibility.

• Great communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with work at Siemens and knowledge of tools such as Dash, PowerBI or QlikSense is an advantage.
