We are looking for a Regional Business Controller to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Siemens Real Estate for HUB WE ME&A area.

We manage the portfolio, optimize space utilization, lead all aspects of operation of our real estate, including all real-estate-related services, are responsible for letting and sales, and implement all of Siemens' construction projects. Your Challenge

As Regional Business Controller you will be the commercial partner to Hub Asset Management and regional functions supporting Hub Asset Management in steering the business and developing/implementing the business strategy.

Your main activities will be:

• provide commercial support/mentorship to the Hub Asset Management for commercial topics, e.g. for impairments, provisions, termination payments, IFRS 16 option assessment in alignment with the Global Business Controller.

• provide business case support for all kind of projects to the Hub Asset Management in alignment with the Global Business Controller

• provide the commercial quality gate in Hub Asset Management related investment applications (e.g. lease in/lease out, maintenance).

• provide maintenance controlling (data quality checks, key figure reporting) in alignment with the Regional Maintenance & Technology Manager.

• collaborate with Hub Accounting supporting in the regional implementation of new accounting.

• coordinate activities of a competence Hub center providing support within the Hub for the implementation of global initiatives, specific projects, workload pick' compensations, deputy role and interim assignments.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you must have:

• Validated experience in business controlling

• Real-estate financial knowledge and background

• Education background in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.

• Knowledge of accounting HBI and HBII

• Proficiency in English

• Solid understanding of SAP and excellent Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability of Data interpretation Data management.

• Eligibility to work in Italy and/or in one European country.

• Ability to communicate effectively influencing Decision Makers

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Team oriented with Dynamic and proactive approach

• Proficiency in English
