What will you do?

You will be in charge of managing a business from the commercial side in turn executing a vertical role

Full responsibility of P&L. 60'0 Eur.

You will manage and show results by segment and region level.

Driving & Managing development of Business Segment all over the region MX and CAM

Region Business Development.

Growth Strategy implementation.

Pipeline growth 30% per year.

Hit rate increase 30% per year.

Clear Cross business strategy in verticals like Building, Minerals, Data Center, Sugar and Water.

What will you need to succeed?

Advanced English (negotiation with international companies on a daily basis).

Leadership, communication, negotiation, opening and closing in negotiation issues.

Experience in the electrical sector.

3 to 5 years experience in similar position.

Experience managing KPI's: over 20 million Euros in business.

Experience managing fully P&L.
