Location: Malvern, PA
The syngo.via Clinical Consultant Team Lead is responsible for leading the consultants in each zone in addition to being the content expert in one zone that drives the positioning of syngo.via from a clinical perspective along with the sales team during the sales cycle and drives the end-user adoption and utilization after the implementation cycle.
· Clinical Consultant Team Lead
§ Own demonstration process including approvals, escalations and improvements
§ Manage education plan for newly hired consultants and create ongoing education plan for team
§ Drive customer visit approach to optimize customer satisfaction, business line goals and team efficiency
· Enterprise syngo.via support
§ Provides sales support, including complex multi-modality demonstrations, clinical walk-throughs and creating customized Education Plans
§ Works closely with DS PSEs, DS Project Managers and Implementation Engineers
§ Implementation assistance for ensuring appropriate Education plan is defined/delivered
· Bundled & standalone syngo.via
§ Post implementation direct customer focus on syngo.via utilization
§ Works closely with CT, MI & MR PSEs and Apps counterparts to ensure appropriate positioning and education best practices
· syngo.via Options/Upgrades
§ Works closely with AME to identify option/upgrade opportunities. Provides sales support and demonstrations as necessary.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
· BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required. Certification may be required in some areas.
· Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and good knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
· Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
· Typically 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in CT, MI, MR
Must be ARRT Certified in at least one or more clinical disciplines
Teaching experience required
Advanced Visualization experience required
Sales/pre-Sales experience preferred
Siemens experience highly preferred
Expert knowledge in basic CT, MI, MR imaging required
Knowledge in advanced neuro, cardiac, MSK, and/or breast imaging a plus
Ability to travel extensively, up to 95% is required (nationwide)
Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
