What do you contribute?

As a Process Manager (f/m/d) you will work in our process development and control team. You will play a key role in engineering in the optimization of processes and workflows.

  • Your tasks will include the analysis and evaluation of existing processes in engineering as well as the continuous monitoring and control of processes to ensure their efficiency and quality (incl. audit support).

  • You will identify synergy and optimization potential, develop solutions and carry out process optimization and implementation for all aspects relevant to engineering.

  • You will work together with other specialist departments and the central Business Excellence & Quality team across departments.

  • You will be available to our engineering employees as a contact person (f/m/d) for questions on process-related topics, plan and coordinate training courses and in some cases conduct them yourself.

What do you bring along?

  • You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

  • Moreover, have several years of professional experience in the field of process management, ideally in an engineering environment.

  • You also have sound knowledge of process optimization methods and tools, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, SDS.

  • You have gained valuable experience in the implementation of process improvements and changes.

  • Furthermore, you are characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.

  • If you have a very good command of English and ideally also have a good command of German, we look forward to receiving your application.
