Job Description:

The Siemens Molecular Imaging Sales and Marketing department has a passion for innovation and an uncompromising commitment to bringing great products to the worldwide diagnostic imaging market. This position will be part time and will be 30 hours per week.

This role will manage activities related to the preparation and execution of customer visits to Siemens MI Factories and globally managed Reference Sites. These activities include, but are not limited to:

•Preparing strategy calls and meetings with team members participating in visits

•Collecting visit information and providing a comprehensive overview of visit expectations and measures for success

•Identify the most appropriate MI stakeholders to present our strategy and our product portfolio and support the customer discussion in very close collaboration with the sales representatives driving the sales process.

•Planning logistics and identifying ways to enhance customer experience

•Providing support to Siemens MI Team during site visits, as a coordinator, including

welcome introduction, time-keeper role, facilitating transitions and discussions, etc…

Because this role supports a very important part of the sales process, a strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer needs is essential to success. Qualified candidates will have experience with customer interactions, developing customer relationship. Qualified candidates should have experience moving customers through the sales cycle and should be able to identify key drivers for individual customer buying decisions.

Every customer that visits Siemens MI Factories and Reference Sites will have unique needs and requirements that will influence their system purchase. The factory and reference site visit coordinator will need to understand the product portfolio and provide guidance to strategically meet these customer needs. This role will support the development of customized agendas that meet Siemens MI strategic objectives as well as address the customers’ expectations for their site visit.

This role will allow for the candidate to interact and work with team members across many different parts of the Siemens MI organization. Strong communication and organizational skill are necessary to engage required team members and ensure successful execution of site visits.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree Required

•2-5 years sales experience or combined clinical experience.

•Medical industry experience required

•Travel 30 %

This is a part time position which will be 30 hours per week.
