Position Overview:

Siemens Building Technologies is currently searching for a dynamic Sales Support Administrator support customer facing activities for the branch and sales team. The primarily responsibility of the Sales Support Administrator is to organize customer and branch events such as the annual golf tournament, open houses and tradeshows. Siemens recently moved into a brand new office and is looking for this role to help facilitate more customer and branch activities leveraging the office. Siemens is looking for someone with an eye for detail related to the marketing and image of Siemens. Siemens is looking for a dynamic and high energy personality that will create a positive environment with our customers and employees. This role requires a very organized and detail oriented person that can work in a high energy and changing environment. The Sales Support Administrator will report to the Branch General Manager in the Bellevue location.

Job Duties:

  • Organize and manage customer/branch events such as the annual golf tournament, open houses, town hall meetings, lunch and learns and tradeshows

  • Organize and manage recruiting activities at colleges/universities

  • Increase our local social media presence and train the sales team how to use it more

  • Facilitate coordination of customer newsletters

  • General sales team support

  • Organizes the market bid list for the sales team

  • Supports preparation of proposals, bids, RFQ’s, Pre-Qualifications, presentations

  • Works with sales teams to obtain missing information for contract review (T&C’s, Prime contract, Federal FAR clauses)

  • Works with management and sales account executives

  • General admin support functions supporting the branch office admin

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to problem solve, collaborate and multi-task in team environment

  • Technology and social media savvy

  • High school diploma required. Advanced degrees preferred.

  • 1+ years sales support administrative experience
