Job Family Responsibilities:

Supports in developing business plans and product introduction plans on a global or regional basis. Participates/organizes the cross functional activities related to training, documentation, tools, sales, marketing, service, logistics/manufacturing. Participates in the creation of pricing structures and price positions for products within area of responsibility, including ROI impact. Participates in developing new products or enhancing existing products or product lines. Participates in providing semi-complex technical application assistance. Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of product/solution throughout all stages of Quality Cycle (proposal, definition, build, validation, production, end of enhancements, end of availablity, end of support).

Education:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:

Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Typically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
