As the Business excellence leader you will focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement and identifying/driving the execution of short and long term opportunities to effectively increase the quality and speed of processes spanning Originations, Risk, Operations, and Accounting functions across multiple Business Units and geographies.
Siemens Financial Services is a large and system dependent organization therefore a strong technical aptitude and an ability to navigate a matrix and build strong partnerships is a must. Experience in tools based approaches (Lean Six Sigma) required.
• You will be working with/influencing peers and functional managers on problem solving and driving cultural change
• You'll be tasked with facilitating the use of Lean Six Sigma tools to drive problem solving and identify improvement opportunities
• As needed, you will be Mining data for prioritizing improvements and establishing business cases
• You will be managing projects driving realization and sustainability of improvement opportunities
• Establishing KPIs and associated dashboards to support control of processes
• Supporting the business side of technology deployments (Business Analysis, Project Mgmt, Training, and Change Mgmt)
• Support the development of localized technology (Excel/Access/SharePoint/VBA) to act as proof of concept and temporary realization of improvement opportunities
Experience,Education, Knowledge and Skills
•Bachelors Degree (from accredited institution)
•Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
•5+ years experience in roles focused on facilitating Lean Six Sigma
•Process Analysis and Design
•Training, Development & Delivery
•Business Analytics, Requirements Documentation, and User Acceptance Testing
•Communications Planning & Content Development
•Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel, Access, SharePoint, and VBA capabilities a plus
Experience with Business process management (BPM) and Business intelligence (BI) technology is a plus
