Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive Field Operations Regional Manager to support our Airport Customer Service business headquartered in Dallas, TX. This position will lead the effort to standardize all of our service locations throughout the US including identifying and implementing common business metrics, processes, and policies. The position will provide technical input for bids and proposals, provide technical training to sites as needed, and also act as Site Manager during project start ups, including transition and staffing. This position may also act as backup Site Manager for other locations as necessary.

Specific responsibilities relative to the position are below:

• Manage the total overall operation of the facility to contract standards.

• Ensure that the operation and maintenance of our baggage handling systems and jet bridge systems (where required) run smoothly as technical and safety compliance issues are addressed with internal and external customers.

• Prepare proposals for additions, deletions, and changes to the contract scope as requested.

• Track, analyze, and trend project metrics and costs.

• Assist with invoicing as needed.

• Review and approve all expenditures for materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and subcontracts.

• Monitor and enforce safety compliance in all areas relative to work performed at the sites as you train and develop the site support team.

• Ensure CMMS usage conforms to company policy and best practices.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent training or experience.

-Site and personnel management experience (minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role)

-Technical Background and working knowledge of baggage handling systems and as well as electrical and mechanical controls.

-Experience with passenger boarding bridges is a plus.

Anticipated travel 60%.
