Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify parts lists as needed per work scope for assigned outages

  • Prepares complex customer proposals in preparation for outage planning and ongoing customer parts needs

  • Post outage reviews with District

  • Develop and manage schedule recovery plans

  • Processes parts order and quotes in SAP PD2 and follows through delivery and invoicing

  • Works through resolving customer issues associated with parts related needs

  • Interact with customers on a daily basis to identify and satisfy their needs

  • Proactively assist Sales, Marketing and Field Service in order solicitation

  • Provide support for developing integrated customer proposals

  • Drawing and Bill of Material (BOM) interpretation

  • Evaluate and resolve customer financial disputes

  • Able to research technical records to provide parts clarification

Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

· BS/BA in a related discipline, Engineering degree preferred

· 10+ years of experience in a related field

· Power Generation experience

· Field Service experience a plus

· Experience entering, implementing and maintaining complex quotes and orders

· Strong customer service skills

· Attention to details

· Organization skills

· Time management skills

· Critical thinking skills

· Ability to analyze and make decisions

· Strong interpersonal skills

· SAP knowledge is a plus
