Senior Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for control and communications engineering, installation, commissioning & maintenance activities;

• Planning and monitoring of work execution in accordance to project / maintenance schedule;

• Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technical support in case of arising issues;

• Responsible for project / maintenance related documentation and submissions;

• Co-ordination with client and / or interface parties to clarify project / maintenance scope;

• Co-ordination, management and supervision on sub-contractors and / or suppliers to ensure deliveries fulfill contract requirements;

• Adheres to relevant processes and regulation;

• May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.

Relevant Qualifications and Job Experiences:

• At least 5 years relevant working experience on control and communications systems;

• Overnight and service standby works are required and willing to work independently under pressure;

• Team player, able to work in complex environment and under pressure;

• Experience in site supervision in railway working sites preferred;

• Candidate possessed with solid PLC programming experience may consider as advantage to the application;

Candidate with less relevant experience may consider as Service Engineer.
