Job Description:

Position Overview

Responsible for execution and delivery of highly complex project/program plan. Performs diverse and complex project/program management activities that may include intra-state commerce activities, multi-office coordination and staffing, long term planning and scheduling activities defining technology selection, scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities). Complexity of project scope includes: length of the project, size and scope of the project, innovation and novelty of the solution, amount of staffing coordination required. Performs technical review of system design and documentation. Executes continuous improvement plan.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

All qualified candidate MUST have the following:

  1. Support the sales team through the capture process with help of Solutions Designer.

2 . Direct field responsibility for managing team with large projects.

  1. Experience with and managing 5M plus projects.

  2. 10 years experience on the project execution side of the business.

  3. Ability to read, write, estimate and negotiate sub contracts.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, financial skills, effective project management skills, team leadership skills

  5. BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience

  1. Construction Industry experience.

  2. Experience as a Technical PM, with software development or IT deployments.
