We are looking for Assembly Supervisor for 3 rd shift. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Improve safety for all personnel that works in and around the production lines while driving efforts and initiatives to reduce productions errors, improve product quality and increase productivity.

• Adhere to production schedule by establishing priorities, assigning personnel to work areas, supervising progress, making personnel/priority adjustments, resolving line constraints problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.

• Supervise, train, and mentor the team; set goals, supervise performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training.

• Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability and schedule adherence.

• Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory role.

• Mechanical proficiency with experience using hand tools and proficient with Microsoft office.

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Lean manufacturing techniques.

• Project management experience.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

• The pay range for this position is $53,410.00 - $91,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
