Your Skills and Experience

The Onshore Project Manager is responsible for managing the customer interface and the local project team under the overall Project Manager of the project.

• Act as the onshore representative, contact person, and liaison manager towards the customer and external partners.

• Participate in regular meetings with the customer, ensuring that information and requests are understood and distributed to the project team.

• Assign responsibilities for action items from customer meetings and ensure that actions are followed up on time for the next meeting.

• Manage various subcontractors for 3rd party supplies and installation.

• Control and actively manage onshore costs to stay within project targets.

• Lead the onshore team in achieving project targets and organize/prioritize work packages and objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in managing Signaling Projects with TRA.

• Familiarity with the TRA structure, and preferably, knowledge of key stakeholders in TRA related to signaling projects.

• Experience managing a team of about 20 people and overseeing subcontractors.

• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders involved in the project.

• Proficiency in controlling and managing schedules, setting control points, and the ability to make decisions to implement an acceleration plan if required.

• Assist the OPM in controlling and keeping costs within the budget.
