The Compliance Program Enablement team (LC CO PE) supports this mission by translating legal requirements and corporate governance elements into practical and executable activities within the Siemens Compliance Management System.

Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Compliance Professional (f/m/d) with a strong focus on our SAP- but also upcoming Salesforce-related process controls and be part of driving cutting-edge risk management solutions for our organization.

In this role, you'll find success by utilizing your passion for technology, digitalization, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with multinational and diverse groups, working alongside cross-functional teams from various departments and external partners. Your problem-solving skills, combined with business process analysis and technology expertise, will be instrumental in designing streamlined and effective solutions for complex scenarios. You will be part of a global team, defining the new global export controls and its solution for Siemens.

Your tasks

  • Drive and lead efficient and effective activation of the Compliance Management System, focusing on export controls for SAP and non-SAP systems and digital platforms.

  • Transform export control requirements into process requirements and support streamlined implementation.

  • Monitor and support our global export controls within our existing SAP R/3 environment within a global expert team.

  • Drive and lead our new approach implementing next-generation export controls using Salesforce to ensure global compliance with legal and internal regulations.

  • Spearhead potentially complex projects to enhance the integration and automation of risk mitigating compliance activities within business processes.

  • Act as the central hub, connecting operational Compliance and the business community with legal, IT, and technical experts to ensure the implementation of sustainable and effective solutions.

  • Apply project management methodologies, such as agile/SCRUM, to guide solution development from design to completion.

  • Promote the use of data analytics and modern digitalization methods to drive impactful insights.

  • Foster standardization and harmonization of solutions across all activity fields of the Compliance Management System.

  • Drive positive change management by proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Expertise in logistical ERP processes, especially in Salesforce, SAP R/3 and S/4 Hana with solid skills in Salesforce CPQ+ and SAP modules "Materials Management" and "Sales & Distribution”. Experience in SAP GTS is a plus.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent, with many years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Export Control.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (e.g., Excel, Teams, Power BI, etc.) with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience in international project management, capable of leading project streams.

  • Consultative approach to business processes with a strong background in IT (business IT background), and ITIL certification would be advantageous.

  • Skills in any dashboarding application, like PowerBI, QlikSense, or Tableau, are a plus.

  • Knowledge of programming or database querying languages, such as Oracle DB, would be advantageous, as well as experience with export control & sanctions compliance.

  • An open-minded, proactive working style with strong decision-making and result-driven abilities.

  • Business-fluent English skills, with German skills being a plus.
