Job Description:

LD BA Internal Auditor

  • Assist in the development and revision of the LD BA Internal Audit Schedule. Maintain evidence that all applicable elements of the LD BA regulations and quality system standards requirements are audited. Complete all LD BA internal audits per the audit schedule

  • Maintain the LD BA Internal Audit qualified auditor list with supporting training documentation, qualifications, and up to date job description.

  • Act as audit coordinator, Lead and/or co-auditor for LD BA internal audits. Coordinate with area management and area reps, audit prep, audit follow-up, and audit documentation

  • Ensure that all nonconformance’s identified by LD BA internal audits are initiated and assigned to the auditee in the CATSWeb system (i.e.: Issue Resolution or CAPA)

  • Provide clarification and information to CAPA investigators.

  • Achieve (shared) metric goals by year end. Participate in internal and external audits to present LD BA internal audit data as needed

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the Internal Audit process for all internal / external audit activities as needed

  • Maintain LD BA IA metrics per DQSP-00024 and as input to LD BA Management Review.
