This position involves the performance of routine and final QC testing of Immunodiagnostic assays, including laboratory testing and data analysis. Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions) include - Efficient execution of all QC testing protocols - Responsible for data review and analysis - Responsible for Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment - Effectively utilizes Lean and Six Sigma methodologies as appropriate to achieve optimal results - Performance of tasks in support of the laboratory, department and Business vision Other Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge and application of ISO GMP, QSR Ability to work individually and in team settings Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Effective communication and collaboration skills Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent laboratory technique Required Education, Skill and Experience: *BS in Life Science discipline *Experience - Minimum of 2 years Lab experience Preferred Experience and Skills *Lab experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment *QC experience Shift Work Hours: Both weekend days preferable as part of 40 hour work week, or one weekend day as part of the 40 hour work week. Preferred start time - 10AM (Open)
