Represent the CTO in technical discussions concerning simulation capabilities and roadmaps. Explore and understand the technical direction of the marketplace. Provide assistance with research in simulation (3D and 1D) activities and advise in product development. Participate in prototyping activities. Provide consulting and training to existing customers. Represent the company in academia and public forums such as conferences and industry advisory boards.
•10+ years of experience using and developing physics simulation products in a commercial environment.
•PhD in Engineering, Physics or Applied Mathematics.
•10+ years of experience providing technical leadership to a group of engineers.
•5+ years of experience recommending solutions to engineering management.
•10+ years of work experience with finite element method.
•In-depth knowledge of numerical methods and optimization techniques
•Background and knowledge of advanced CAE simulation tools and techniques
• 2+ years of programming experience in high level and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, MatLab, C+•10+ years of commercial experience developing or using simulation software such as NASTRAN, ABAQUS, StarCCM+, Fluent, ANSYS.
•2+ years of systems engineering is required
