Under direct supervision, participates in an engineering/manufacturing

work program while working towards a college degree. Follows work plan

designed to develop the student as a professional and provide exposure

to a broad range of duties and responsibilities. Assists and supports

the needs and requirements of the assigned department. Duties and

responsibilities expose the student to company values, policies,

Join our Global Technical Access Center (GTAC), based in Cypress, CA to experience first-hand the varied tasks that comprise maintaining a Best-In-Class Technical Support Call Center. The GTAC Support Tools and Infrastructure team seeks Interns to assist with application programming for varied projects related to our Call Center technologies including our FAQ Editor Tool, our Download Server configuration, our Symptom/Solution search database and our Web Portal. Qualified candidates should possess these qualifications and skills:

-Engineering or Computer Science major at an accredited college or university

-Candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and a working

knowledge of various hardware and operating systems such as UNIX and

Windows.

-Candidate should demonstrate front-end web application programming experience with Html, CSS or Javascript

-Candidate should demonstrate back-end web application programming experience with PHP (preferred), Perl, java, or C+U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only
