Your qualifications

Youpossess a successfullycompleted university degreein a qualitymanagement-related discipline orequivalentcombination ofeducation andexperience

Experience dealing withQualityManager /RegulatoryAffairs

Ideallyyoupossess some expertisein Siemensproducts

Youpossessthe abilityto analyzeand structurenew areasof regulationswith country-specificdifferences

Inaddition toyour excellentcommunication and networkingskills, youhave gained internationalwork experience

Responsibilities

  • Devise and perfect system for output and outcome data collection across programs and departments.

  • Work closely with staff to make programs efficient and effective.

  • Analyze and report data to support quality improvement

  • Devise methodology for periodical reporting to management

  • Support staff and management, as well as other quality assurance department staff, in improving use and collection of data, and integration into decision-making

  • Assist leadership in creation of systems for data collection

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop evaluation tools as needed or requested or for special projects.

  • Participate as team member in change processes to help meet goals.

  • Coordinate department meetings on quality

  • Oversee staff quality and performance

Qualifications

  • AART

  • Experience in research, statistics and/or data collection and analysis preferred.

  • Strong analytic written and oral communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Lean Six Sigma Preferred
