Integrate data from internal and external sources, design and implement performance management systems, and facilitate the use of data to drive improvement.

Devise and perfect system for output and outcome data collection across programs and departments.
Work closely with staff to make programs efficient and effective.
Analyze and report data to support quality improvement
Devise methodology for periodical reporting to management
Support staff and management, as well as other quality assurance department staff, in improving use and collection of data, and integration into decision-making
Assist leadership in creation of systems for data collection
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop evaluation tools as needed or requested or for special projects.
Participate as team member in change processes to help meet goals.
Coordinate department meetings on quality
Oversee staff quality and performance
Experience in research, statistics and/or data collection and analysis preferred.
Strong analytic written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy
