We’re looking for a Service Engineer to join our Italian Technical Team.

• You will gain specific technical expertise for the overall Innomotics portfolio based on a dedicated training plan following our Global program of technical skills development

• You will also be included in a certification program to perform complex interventions into the Innomotics international technical team

• You will become familiar with Innomotics Medium Voltage (Drive) drives and related control systems

• The start-up and commissioning phase of a medium voltage drive (Drive) independently is a goal to be achieved in short time

Your responsibilities

• Internal and external technical contact point for existing customers

• Take care about customers covered by a dedicated service contract.

• Performing on site service intervention related to support requests from customers.

• Support project managers as technical project engineer in on-going project

• Support the Quotation and Sales team during offering phase a well.

• Grant paid availability over time for customer support

• Contribute, through your support, to achieve overall Innomotics Italy target, together with the other functions of the organization

Your Skills:

• Proved technical background.

• Knowledge of Motors/Inverters/Generators

• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures

• Be ready to go out of your comfort zone and leverage every opportunities of learning

• Available to business trips on national level and sometimes also international

• Real passion for solving technical complex issues and supporting customers

• Ability to teamwork as well as work autonomously

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willing to drive change and foster an environment to help achieve business results

• Good Communication and Networking skills

• Proficient in English and in Italian

• Full Driving Licence
