我们正在寻找专注于服务合作伙伴的 业务发展经理 ，他/她是PA ASP的业务负责人和推动者，通过自己的专业知识和经验，领导整体PA ASP战略、措施和实施，以增强新的生态渠道，扩大业务覆盖范围。

你将在这些领域发挥影响：

• 定义和管理适合服务合作伙伴的产品组合，包括但不限于测量仪表的维护服务、PCS 7升级、数字化互联与电源的硬件产品等。

• 通过与数字化工业集团售后服务业务单元和流程自动化业务单元相关部门合作，提高客户透明度，指导和培训服务合作伙伴，涉及产品组合、产品服务和政策等，以提高现有PA ASP在PA相关业务方面的能力。

• 通过与产品管理团队和技术专家团队的合作，增加新的PA授权服务合作伙伴，以增强PA相关能力。

• 根据整体ASP战略，完善PA ASP商业模式，包括业务发展战略、措施和行动计划。

你需要具备的品质：

• 本科及以上学历

• 5年及以上的自动化行业经验，熟悉西门子工业自动化产品或者有客户服务经验优先

• 具备业务拓展能力或者相关技术能力

• 对新事物持有开放的态度，具备灵活和成长的心态，愿意学习。

• 良好的与不同部门和外部合作伙伴的沟通能力，至少具备良好的英文写作能力。

• 需要经常出差。

We are looking for the PA ASP (Approved Service Partner) Business Development Manager, who is the business owner and driver of PA ASP, leading the overall PA ASP strategy, measures and implementation via his/her expertise and knowledge to enhance the new eco channel to increase business coverage.

You’ll make an impact by

• Define and manage the suitable portfolio towards ASP, including yet not limited to Measure Instrument maintenance service, as well as PCS 7 Upgrade, Digital connective and power products, etc..

• Enhance PA ASP customer transparency, guide and train PA ASP by collaborating with Customer Service Business Unit and PA segments on portfolio, service and policy, etc. to increase the existing PA ASP ability in doing PA relating business.

• Increase new PA authorized ASP by collaborating with Product Management and Engineer teams to enhance PA related competence.Refine PA ASP business model in line with the overall ASP strategy, including the business development strategy, measures and action plan.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor or above

• 5 years or above experience in process automation, familiar with Siemens industrial automation, better to have customer service experience.

• Business development ability and technical ability are equally important.

• Open mind to new things with flexible and growth mindset, willing to learn.

• Good communication competence with different department and external partners, and at least good written English skills

• Proficient in MS office software

• Frequent travel needed.
