Position Title:Senior HR Strategy Consultant

Location: Beijing or Shanghai

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior HR Strategy Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development and execution, with experience in leading and driving HR strategic projects and initiatives that align with business and employee needs . The Senior HR Strategy Consultant will work closely with the HR strategy manager and other key stakeholders to drive HR strategy and support the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and deploy HR strategy and initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives.

  • Provide strategic consulting services to the business and drive strategic HR projects (e.g., new business setup, organizational transformation) by partnering with other P&O expert teams and external experts

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify HR trends and best practices, and provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Connect the dots between local strategy and global HR strategy to ensure alignment across the organization.

  • Coordinate the P&O ecosystem to ensure HR initiatives are integrated across functions and aligned with the broader organizational goals.

  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or strategy management consultancy or (HR) strategy development and execution

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Self driven and highly motivated, efficient in execution

  • Fluent in English. Experience working in a global organization

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff members as a plus
