You will make an impact with:

• Project Definition : Determining and define project scope and objectives.

• Resource Management : Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively. Budget planning based on scope of work and resource requirements. Control project costs to meet budget.

• Project Planning: Developing and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Providing project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.

• Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

• Best Practices: Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

• Technical Expertise: Control and monitor product design and site work based on the best technical deliveries for the customer. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Continuous Improvement: Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Your Success is based on::

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of project management, design, or related experience.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading and reviewing IEC Standards, MV/LV switchgear schematic drawings, 115kV control and protection drawings.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the continued uptime of projects. You'll also address any variations in order volume with precision.

• Project Advancement: Contribute to, and sometimes lead, the estimation, planning, and technical task review for projects. Your insights will be vital in project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
