Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Commercial Sales and Bid Manager for our Service Business.

In this role you will have the opportunity to manage all finance and commercial topics throughout the whole bid process and will be responsible for the preparation and negotiation of the financial and commercial terms and conditions with the Customer.

  • You will manage all relevant tasks in finance and commercial sales and bid management for international projects, supporting effective, profitable business and accountable management in assigned area of responsibility.

  • You will manage the sales and bid actives for service and spare parts business including controlling and forecasting.

  • You will analyse contract and financial conditions (either from customer, consortium partner and major subcontractors, if applicable), prepare bid documents and coordinate them with all involved stakeholders.

  • You will take ownership for the commercial correctness, credit worthiness check of important external stakeholders, particularly direct customers.

  • You will prepare and present bids to involved management levels in our headquarter, regional and local management, in line with our management approval process.

  • You will coordinate and prioritize bid activities from financial, accounting, contractual and finance point of view, within the scope of the applicable business processes for sales and bidding.

  • You will participate in negotiation of customer terms and conditions in coordination with the relevant departments (e.g. Sales, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Tax, etc.)

  • You will drive risk and opportunity management.

  • You are a team player and will coordinate the activities and interfaces with the responsible departments (internal and external stakeholder).

  • You have finance / commercial experience in project-driven environment, preferably in project management and sales positions.

  • 5-10 years work experience in similar roles

  • Masers or equivalent qualification from reputable University or College in the field of Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience in project controlling and reporting.

  • Proficient in analysis information and provide comprehensive reports and feedback to project team members.

  • Very good communication and English language skills.
