With growing business of AIS Spares and services, which we drive through channel partners and direct customers across India.

• Manage, own, and be the expert in offering and business development of new and vintage High voltage SF6 Circuit breaker product spares for direct customers and channel partner.

• Proficient in monitoring OI and driving business through channel partner. Involve from conceptualization to order including technical specifications, stage inspections, progress monitoring for offers.

• Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment in substation, its integration in system, drawings & interfacing drawings for different electrical packages

• Manage offering of Spares for new and vintage High voltage SF6 CB products. Skilled in evaluating tenders (techno-commercial), analyzing technical & commercial deviations from the tender documents as well as managing the contractual negotiation matters.

• Strategize pricing of spares as per market evaluation and experience.

• Communication with all internal stake holder and customers during the offering/project execution of spares order. A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving & analytical abilities. Able to understand quickly and adaptable to change.

• Take full ownership of the project costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction and establish their feasibility.

• Drive and lead Cost reduction, first time right initiative. Keen on learning new tools and concepts, upgrading acumen and collaborate.

• Driving initiatives for Business growth and process excellence for Spares.

• Adherence to departmental guidelines for offering and BD. Preparation of documentation for CAPA Ensure implementation of technical SOP for quality and IEC norms

• 11)Travelling to site for business development and negotiations.
