Over 24 months, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments , where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience Cybersecurity from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Cybersecurity at Siemens. During the assignment abroad, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

About the role…

  • Support the head of Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security (CYS INF) in strategy-related topics (e.g. engaging with leaders across Cybersecurity, supporting generation of briefing materials, workshop preparation, support if not lead to prepare and moderate town-hall-events and team meetings, promote knowledge exchange).

  • Create storytelling content and compelling messages to accelerate the current transformation journey.

  • Engaging with leaders across businesses and geographies by supporting market research, the development of internal briefing materials, and conducting internal/external strategy discussions.

  • Analyze market intelligence datasets to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Carry out independent research on relevant topics like cybersecurity and digitalization and propose suitable approaches (i.e. business models, business development).

  • Develop clear, concise reporting and presentations for informed decision-making and facilitating business administration.

  • Coordinate discussions to align on goals and objectives with the relevant stakeholders across the team.

We are looking for:

  • An excellent Master's Degree or equivalent to one of the below:

  • Business Informatics / Computer Engineering / Digital Business / Technology Management or other STEM studies.

  • Practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar.

  • Previous international experience gained through studying and/or working.

  • Flexibility and mobility within the program duration.

  • Passion for Cybersecurity.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Good social skills, social competency, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency or intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German are a plus.
