Your mission will be…

Delivery Optimization is a cross support function supporting the different Service Lines of Record 2 Report Business Line in optimizing their Portfolio, Service Delivery / Operations and assure Continuous Improvement. It consists of o a local role related to the R2R Delivery Center in Portugal.

In concrete this consists in the following activities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

• Customize and configure Redwood Software solutions to meet client specifications.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Redwood Software technology.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.

• Proven experience designing and developing software solutions using Redwood Software.

• Some experience on Redwood configuration and overall engineering.

• Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with clients and providing technical support is a plus.
