Your mission will be…

  • Responsible for the accurate implementation of new features in a Project Management and Controlling tool used worldwide across Smart Infrastructure.

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.

  • Rake over requirement from Product Management and backlog them into development planning, coordinating the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.

  • Maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by Product Management and clarify requirements in detail with all involved stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented, resolving bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.

  • Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure product goals and requirements are understood and met.

  • Participate in sprint planning, sprint review meetings, and team meetings.

  • Set up and maintain product risk management, considering quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.

  • Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

  • Work closely with the team to clearly communicate customer needs, helping and motivating the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.

We are looking for someone with…

  • IT background as a Product Owner or Project Manager on IT projects.

  • Proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly.

  • Solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.

  • Experience with Microsoft technologies.

  • Business fluency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
