Your mission will be…

• Ensure EHS compliance in the IT department, emphasizing a safe and healthy office environment.

• Manage the EHS system to meet both legal and internal standards, focusing on the unique needs of IT operations.

• Address EHS issues, particularly ergonomic and sedentary lifestyle challenges .

• Utilize IT tools for incident management and reporting, promoting efficiency and tech-savviness.

• Develop digital-based EHS training and communication, targeting physical and mental well-being.

• Ensure all actions related with ISO 45001 Certification

Mental and Physical Health Initiatives:

• Implement programs to reduce sedentarism, including wellness challenges and ergonomic assessments.

• Facilitate mental health resources and workshops, tailored to the stresses of tech roles.

• Promote a culture of support, integrating health services into the EHS framework.

We are looking for someone with…

• University Degree compatible with the functions to be performed (preferably in the area of Occupational Health and Safety or similar

• Occupational Health and Safety Technician (CAP mandatory)

• Experience in EHS within an IT or office environment.

• Tech-savvy, proficient in digital tools and reporting (e.g. PowerBI) for EHS management.

• Strong communicator, capable of leading health initiatives online.

• Innovative in addressing sedentarism and workplace stress.

• Good knowledge of EHS legislation;

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
