The Large Drives Products (LD P), Cranes and TD Financial Business Analyst (FBA) is seeking an upwardly mobile individual seeking to grow in his/her career by supporting the FBA as the Performance Controller for the LD P and Cranes sub-segments. The Performance Controller will work with the FBA as well as sub-segment controllers to ensure the budgeting and forecasting processes are consolidated and aligned with SII and SAG expectations.
The Performance Controller must possess strong analytical and inter-personal skills as this position will communicate with multiple levels of management and controlling.
• Support the FBA in Consolidation of the LD P Motors, Drives and Service financials with LD and German HQs by coordinating the Essbase files for the segments.
• Oversee the development of monthly management reporting package including identifying critical gaps to forecast.
• Financial Lead for the TOP Plus Reporting supporting the LD P and LD Cranes sub-segments.
• Lead financial interface for the NAFTA reporting with LD P HQ Germany.
• Support the FBA with Overall Performance Analysis and recommendations for process improvement.
• Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvement projects as identified by the teams.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of Financial Experience
• Financial Reporting Experience
• SAP and Essbase experience.

General Requirements: Job Family Responsibilities:
Completes the analysis of financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information. Prepares various financial reports; compiles and reviews financial plans and budgets. Ensures compliance with budget allocations. Performs financial analysis at complex levels including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, budgeting, and financial and expense performance comparisons. Ensures conformance to IFRS requirements. May perform commercial/contract activities, pricing, margin calculations, etc.
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas.
Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
