Siemens US Talent Acquisition

Siemens Industry, Digital Factory (DF) Customer Services business unit is currently searching for a Marketing Manager to be located in the Alpharetta, GA location.

Best qualified candidate will have proven experience in the management of “go to market” strategies, product/application development, online/telephone technical support, field service and logistics (spare parts & repair) functions. Must have experience in industrial marketing with service marketing experience preferred. Experienced in developing, positioning, pricing and deploying innovative service products and strategies. Also would have 5+ years of direct industry and management experience.


Build a robust service strategy for CS US by analyzing customer needs, market trends, doing a five forces analysis and a portfolio fit / gap analysis.

• Supports achievement of volume and margin targets, market share and productization of the service portfolio to enable effective selling.

• Collaborates with CS BU management team to implement overall organizational vision, strategy, policy and direction.

• Engage and motivate employees to focus on goals and objectives achievement.

• Support head of CS in portfolio idea generation and resource development by providing input from market and trend information.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing; Business Administration, Engineering, Management or a related field

• Travel: USA and International travel is required.
