This position is responsible for analyzing, planning and executing supply chain solutions. The successful candidate will interface with Siemens Industry Energy Management Division Logistics team, corporate procurement and transportation functions ,divisions, business units, factories, subsidiaries, customers and suppliers to ensure least-cost, on-time and compliant execution of transportation, warehousing, distribution and logistics plans.
Analyze existing supply chain and logistics activities to develop optimized solutions that improve cost, quality and reliability for end-to-end supply chain shipment activity
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions; support the development business cases
Support scorecards, metrics and other tools to communicate results and improvements to internal Siemens business partners
Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal Siemens business partners and locations, including attending planning and review meetings
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
2-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, including transportation, warehousing and distribution
Data analysis skills
Financial analysis skills
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
